Our standard minimum agreement term is 12 months, although we also offer other contract options depending on your business requirements. 

Can you support hybrid or remote teams?

Absolutely. We support businesses operating across office, remote, and hybrid working environments, helping ensure users remain secure, connected, and fully supported wherever they are working from.

Do you charge extra for on-site support?

No - on-site support and call outs are included within our managed support agreements where required. If an issue can’t be resolved remotely, one of our engineers can attend site to help resolve the problem.

Can you work alongside an internal IT team?
